Summits non-members have 3 weeks to view the recordings. Members have 6 weeks to view summit recordings. 
Outside program varies by instructor, but each page will detail the amount of time it's available to you. 

It depends on the course or summit. Most summits have a certificate course or even 3, which are available after a test. 
Outside programming often has a certificate available to those that pass a test. 

All course are available on video, as well as closed captioning and transcripts.
